You see I got lost in an unknown forestal part of Bombur (I think it was near Vantos village) and I found a perfect clearing to rest in a patch of grass, when all of a sudden I felt something searching into my pocket, when I turned to see what it was it fled with some amazing speed. I could notice that it had a pointy head like it was weraing an elf cap and in the top some sort of sprout grew from it, his eyes had some sort of malicious look. Then I remembered the tales of goblin-ish pokémon called Greeblin (greed + goblin) but I know better than to believe those myths... or what do you guys think?

Being a thief, I think it should be a Dark type. Especially since it will be getting STAB for Thief and those malicious eyes.

Grass/Dark works, as does run away. I think this needs an evo since it seems small. It would be weakish.

Then again, as it's mystical and rare, maybe not.

Magic/grass? Oh no! Their grass attributes seem evident, but they seem to posses no magic. And despite it having that mischevious look, it does not manifest DARK attributes in its attacks. If it were to evolve however... that would be a sight! Now, I think they have quite an amazing ability to RUN AWAY, I´ve also heard some of them tend to have an AMULET COINs as a held item. A sketch of the creature would also be appreciated.

Now how about leaving this one as a pure grass type? I did planned it to have an evolution, and since this is in the community works board, do what do you think its secondary type should be?

I don't think it needs to have control over darkness or anything like that to be a Dark type, merely be slightly... ah... not-benign. I still think Dark is a good type.
However, if you want an alternate type, it could control wind to help it in its thieving.

A mysterious Pokemon snuck into one of my scans causing a seeminglessly obvious Dallami scan to pop up as unidentified. I looked at the picture and saw several Pokemon that match the description, but they all looked like illusions. I think it might of been using Double Team.

I talked with my Friend, and apparently, if I heard correctly, they evolve into Maliblin by Level Up with Thief. Does anyone have proof of this?

I heard that someone evolved their Greedblin once, only to have it run away. He found it two nights later, trying to steal from his backpack as he slept! It had been stealing from the local people and pokemon for the past few days and had grown very rich indeed. I think evolving with Thief does seem the most likely thing here.

Finally! After a whole week of being lost in the forest, enduring the wilderness, the solitude and the Transquito bites I saw the little imp! And what do you know? I managed to catch it! Here are its stats:
Name: Greeblin
Pokédex Type: Thief Pokémon (thieving was close soble!)
Height: 1´04´´
Weight: 12.6
Element Type: Grass/Dark
Description: (See pic)
Pokédex Data:
Diamond: Part of the the forest folklore, it is blamed upon stuff that randomly disappears.

Pearl: Incredibly elusive, it is said to be able to steal from anyone without he or she ever being aware.
Evolution: Still unknown. Believed to be named Robgoblin (robber+hobgoblin), Maliblin and even Hoboblin (Hobgoblin and hobo) and to use Magic
Special Ability: Unknown
Currently known moves: Thief, Pluck, Snatch, Magical leaf and the infamous Greeblin Punch!!!! Or maybe it was just Pound.

However I must inform you that my pokédex hasn´t been working so well lately, so until I get it repaired all of these may not be accurate. If anyone finds any mistakes on this, feel free to inform me.

Don't forget. D/P pokedex data doesn't use a pokemon's name or the phrase "this pokemon" anymore, just "it."
