Description:

Long snake with steel "helmet" and orange gill flap thing behind the helmet. Helmet has a hole for the eyes and three spikes at the back of the helmet on either sides. The body is yellow with purple on top and a orange under belly. this picture is female.

Pokedex data: The orange flap on its neck is used to detect its friends. It likes playing hide and seek.

1: Poison is spelled with an o.
2: If it's a sea snake, shouldn't it be a water type?
3: If it's not going to be a Water type,at least give it Swift Swim or some other Water-related ability.

I made it poison type because sea snakes are some of the most poisonous snakes in the world.
And yes I will give it swift swim.

I like rock head as an ability since it has a steel helmet. plus it reminds me of the juggernaut.

Hmm, I honestly find it more than a bit odd that a so Water-based pokemon wouldn't be a Water type... and I don't really see what would make it a Steel-type rather than "just" Water/Poison with high defense.

I don't know. Even with the odd type combination(which needs more justification IMHO) it needs something to set it apart. Seems kind of... bland. Maybe some fleshing out could help; ask yourself, what makes Thakail tick? What angers it, what it eats, where it lives, how does it interact with other pokemon? What kind of evolution suddenly made it drop the Water-type(or become a sea-creature from land-based Poison/Steel)? These ain't necessary questions, just some that help flesh out the idea, give it depth.

I agree with FOW; the Steel in it isn't as justified as the Water that isn't in it. I think you'd be better off giving it Rock Head or Battle Armor (or both) and making it Water/Poison... buth that just MHO. Your creation; your choice.

@Fox: That "what it eats" part does actually help in the idea... at least, it helped me think of Mirrocate (*omnomnom* Dreams... *burp*).

I just realised that it being not a water type is quite stupid therefore it will be a water/poison with high defense and rock head as a ability.

Maybe you should give it Poison Fang or Toxic, because snakes have fangs and, are very poisonous?

I think you need more Status moves. I suggest losing Take Down and Poison Bite and adding Armor and Acid Armor, for starters.
