this is my first time, so sorry if the format is not exactly up to par! 

Kilsteem (KILLER WHALE+STEAM), Orca Pokemon. 4' 6", 165 lbs. WATER/FIRE type.

I cannot draw, so here is a brief description: Very similar to a baby orca (killer whale), but with a more humanoid form. Four flippers that serve as limbs, with the dorsal fin reduced in size and located on top of the head. Slightly larger blowhole located more prominently on the forehead (this is Kilsteem's main unique offensive trait). Coloring and pattern similar to orca, but black in white areas and dark red in black areas. Blue eyes.

Kilsteem are very social, and pods of them produce large clouds of steam on the ocean's surface.

Evolves at Level 25 into Orspout.

Special Abilities (Male): Boiling Blood-Cannot be burned, and increases Critical chance when health is low.
(Female): Water Acrobat-Speed and evasion increase when in a Water environment.

Learns typical water moves, physical attacks that do not call for limbs, (i. e., Body Slam, Headbutt, etc., OK; NOT Mega Punch, Karate Chop), and nonflame-based Fire attacks (i. e., Overheat, Heat Crash, Heat Wave, etc. OK; NOT Flamethrower, Fiery Dance, Fire Spin, etc.), along with two unique New Moves:

Heat Stroke: Fire Type, Special Category, Power:-, Accuracy: 100, PP:10. Decreases opponent's speed, may cause sleep. Probability:70%

Roiling Steam: Water Type, Special Category, Power:70, Accuracy: 95, PP:5. May burn opponent. Probability: 80%

Typical Move Set: Roiling Steam, Heat Stroke, Bite, Surf

Gender Ratio: 50/50

Habitat: Ocean

Aaaand its evolution...

Orspout (ORCA+SPOUT), Orca Pokemon. 8' 10", 515 lbs. WATER/FIRE type.

Description: Loses the more humanoid form of Kilsteem, and takes on an appearance very much similar to full-grown orca, with the only real difference being coloring (Black in white areas, dark red in black areas, with white accents),  and the location and size of the blowhole, which should be significantly larger and more prominently on the forehead. Blue eyes.

Despite its fierce appearance, they are often trained to perform with acrobats, launching them high with powerful spouts of steam.

Same Special Abilities, Moves, Gender Ratio, and Habitat as Kilsteem.
