I don't really see the point of Run Away... If it was Wind and had Levitate, it would work quite well. It's your choice though.

I do not think the evo should use "psychic powers" to control the wind, I think it should just create gusts

@ Rahjet: It not only uses its psychic powers to control wind, but also its fins/flippers. Remember that!

Oh, and extra info!

-When swimming, Pararorca will take in the parachute to reduce resistance.

-Pararorca swim in pods alongside younger Phlyphish.

-Parent Pararorca are found with the ability to create a tailwind that carries their child Phlyphish along without the juvenile exerting any energy.

-The first pair of flippers are used to grasp limited objects and control direction underwater.

-The second pair of flippers (the long ones) spin around the Pokémon's body like propellors, increasing speed.

-The third pair of flippers (near the fluke) act as rudders and mainly control direction in the air.

-The Dorsal fin exerts psychic powers to levitate the flippers.

-Pararorca are toothed whales, and mainly survive on Seel and fish such as Magikarp and Remoraid.

-Tentacruel sting markings are sometimes found on Pararorca, implying that Tentacruel may be Pararorca's natural enemy. Though, there has been no signs of Pararorca eating Tentacruel or vise versa.

Yeah haha...
Don't expect much, though. Most of the minimal psychic are used on the fins. The most Pararorca can muster is Confusion.

These are some very nice ideas, I like them a lot. I saw an orca shaped cloud from a plane window once. I think it should be wind with levitate, because it seems like a much more wind oriented pokemon.

K, that's all good too. Its one of those pokemon that could go either way. Also, I believe the second pokedex references the first which is not what the D/P dexes did.

It's about as much Flying as it is Wind and please Flarsy, this is pokemon. It's not supposed to make sense half the time! It doesn't have to.

(Soon as you explain to me what in blue places spawned Mr. Mime and Jynx, you can talk about rational, logical & pokemon in same sentences.)
