Agreed, Run Away doesn't fit that well for the ONLY ability for a final form - nothing wrong with it being one of the two possible abilities though. *coughCLOUDNINEcough!*

Hm. I see why they are flying, being flying fish of course, but they seem a little more like Wind types to me based off of the cloud design and such. Any particular reason why they shouldn't be Wind? We have more than enough Flying types as is.
