Nuts! I'll fix it again.

I just came up with a pre evolved form for Grantomb. Here it is.

Name: Spiritence
Pokédex Type: Small Ghost
Height, Weight: 4’ 5” 72 LBS
Element Type: Ghost/Psychic
Description:  A small ball of spirit energy that is wrapped in gold chains. It has four Acid Green eyes with purple irises with snake like pupils each eye is in a four corner arrangement with the chain making a cross shape between them. Running in a x like pattern to the chains are a set of purple lines. It has a small mouth made from a purple circuit like pattern with four small stone like fangs in it two on top two on bottom. It has a pair of disembodied hands that appear to be smokey wisps of burnt stone. two small gear like shapes are found at the top and bottom. The one at the top is shaped like a small gear inspired crest. The one on the bottom is shaped like the ghostly tail it would have.     
Pokédex Data: This Pokemon can be very selfish and is attracted to metals that glitter. It hordes gold the most.

Description:  A bipedal hulk that has three eyes on its torso (as it’s head is the area between its shoulders) that look like the Egyptian Eye. Its body is composed of green spirit energy with what looks like purple circuit patterns that run over it. It has two elephant like legs with five cubic toes like stone bricks. It has two three fingered hands that are disembodied and float along side it. These hands appear to be made out of stone with energy traces cut into them that glow with Psychic energy. In the center of each hands palms are two strange looking Eyes that have a strange glow to them. The Poke’mon also has a golden three pronged crest that rests where its head would be if it were human.    
Pokédex Data: This Poke’mon is said to be the spirit of a king who wishes to serve those who served him long ago.

The crest it has is said took like the crown of a long forgotten kingdom. The crown shines at times.

While you may have removed Dark Void from Grantomb's moveset, it is still present on Spirtence's. I also don't see how a floating ball of ectoplasm could be part of the humanshape breeding group; may I recommend the indeterminate group instead? And on the subject of moves, Spirtence learns the exact same ones as it's evolution despite their vast changes in body structure. At the very least, I'd consider the removal of Tri Attack since nothing on the Pokémon's body suggests a trinity of things to fire the attack from. 

Oh nuts forgot about Dark Void! I used my old template which still has the old moves. I'm going to fix. Oh and the tri attack is from the three parts of its body attacking. They have two hands and fly at their enemy. Besides Porygon having it makes just as much sense.

Well I didn't intend that. It is hard to come up with pre evolved form from a evolved form. Its not meant to be OP but it might seem like that.
