Ok this is my first suggestion so I hope I've put these together right. Here goes.
Name: Spiritence

Description:
A small ball of spirit energy that is wrapped in gold chains. It has
four Acid Green eyes with purple irises with snake like pupils each eye
is in a four corner arrangement with the chain making a cross shape
between them. Running in a x like pattern to the chains are a set of
purple lines. It has a small mouth made from a purple circuit like
pattern with four small stone like fangs in it two on top two on
bottom. It has a pair of disembodied hands that appear to be smokey
wisps of burnt stone. two small gear like shapes are found at the top
and bottom. The one at the top is shaped like a small gear inspired
crest. The one on the bottom is shaped like the ghostly tail it would
have.
Pokédex Data: It can be very greedy. It is attracted to any metal that glitters, but it hoards gold the most.

Its body is composed of green spirit energy with what looks like purple circuit patterns that run over it. It has two elephant like legs with five cubic toes like stone bricks. It has two three fingered hands that are disembodied and float along side it. These hands appear to be made out of stone with energy traces cut into them that glow with Psychic energy. In the center of each hands palms are two strange looking Eyes that have a strange glow to them. The Poke’mon also has a golden three pronged crest that rests where its head would be if it were human.
Pokédex Data: It is said to be the spirit of an ancient king who now wishes to serve those who served him long ago.

Ok I have a new ability I'd like to suggest: Scold - Reduces attack power by 50% also cancels STABs. That way Spiritence can retain its moves yet not be over powered.
That should do it. I've had this idea for a long time and it was going to be a legendary in a fan-fic I thought of. Because of that I retooled it to be a last stage like Metagross. Hope you like it.
