The suggestion itself is complete, so good job on that. There are some serious problems with Mascruel, though:

- We think its appearance is too close to Masquerain to be a workable evo.
- We think it's not wise to change its secondary type yet again.

Other minor issues:
- Sadism is a TM-only move.
- "Evolves from Masquerain by levelling up in the Cargan Desert at night".
The "at night" part makes no sense, considering the Desert's nature. It could become "in the Cargan Desert's supernatural night" or something along those lines.

Basically, it comes down to this: we don't think this is a fitting or workable evolution of Masquerain. We ask you to give the idea some thought and decide whether you want to remodel it or not. If you want to remodel its appearance and want to stick to the Dark-type, it might be better off as an alternate evolution of Surskit, so the type doesn't change again. An evolution of Masquerain is better off staying Bug/Flying. Making it nolonger related to the Surskit line remains of course an option as well.
