Here are some MOTHER 3 achievments (It's about time I mentioned the MOTHER series)
Trivial Pursuit: Get the answers for all the Trivia Cards
Logged In: Get all sprites in the Battle Log (This includes back sprites, optional bosses, Clayman's fallen down sprite, Peudoor's closed sprite, Osoeh Snake's (did I spell that right?) underwater sprite, and Mr. Reactors' powered-down sprite)
Music Maniac: Get all music in the Sound Teast

Also, I HAVE to mention this SqSq achievment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dude, this HAS to be impossible: Beat the game without using Tornado ability

Well, they kinda ruined it with the natural 2-D effects. I personally like it, but the general public thinks it's the worst. And i just realized the title says "you Own", not "Your Own" o_O

Absolutely totally completely and wholly agreed. I was once a PM:TTYD fanboy, but now I just know it´s my favorite game. Now I have almost all of those challenges except reach level 99, I gave up at 68. Oh and ditto about the other paper mario challenges with the exception of the 100 mistakes and the floppy trial.
JUST ONE TINY THING: I CONSIDER SOME BOSSES SPOILERS SO PLEASE PUT A LITTLE WARNING BEFORE PUTTING SOMETHING LIKE THE FINAL BOSS... please (no big deal right now since I´ve played all of those, except for Earthbound since I´m still playing it and currently rescued Paula, but that one final boss is a bit famous isn´t it?)

Yeah, Super Paper Mario messed up the trilogy, but I did SUCH GOOD VOICE ACTING during that game.
