You do realize those are continents, not countries, right? Also, I think North America is not known for Mexican food. I hate Mexican food.

I don't think Jamaica is in South America. Then again, I can never remember what continent the Antilles are part of.

The Antilles are part of North America.

And I think a more appropriate "yay" for North America would be burgers because burgers would most likely be the first thing a person would think of when talking about American food.

I THANK YOU! Because you know that Mexico is in North America, whereas most Americans (people from the U.S.) think that it´s in Central America (I even remember seeing recently, can´t remember where though, that it was in South America). I do not know why they do that though I hope it´s not because of our language.
That said I wouldn´t associate it with Mexican food either, um... capitalism? McDonald´s? Maple syrup?

When I was younger, my family lived in Vermont. We had tons of fresh maple syrup, and our house was like a two minute walk from the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory. Oh, those were the days...

But, most of the things China export for markets in the US are either 1. Low tech or 2. Hi-tech but developed in the US
So, the big manufacturers like China or India don't really have high technology.

Especially since EVERYTHING low-tech is from China. You couldn't find a single toy in the U.S. that's not a video game that doesn't say "Made in China" on it.

And most Mc.Donald's foods. The hamburger and french fries? I think that's us. But what doesn't make sense is that they're called FRENCH fries, but they aren't FRENCH, but AMERICAN.
