I just looked up the effect of my Poof! and it's not the same effect as the one displayed on PF.

Okay, explanations. In Poof!'s case, we simplified the list of effects into having every possible effect. The fact is that we try not to favor moves that consist of a specific list of possible effects, but we just liked Poof!'s concept too much to pass it up. Thus, we found a way to make the description shorter. With Poison Arrow, I wanted to give it a more unique effect, as almost all Poison-type attacks have a X% chance of poisoning the target. That's why I suggested to sacrify some accuracy for always poisoning the target instead. I hope you don't mind my decision.

Anyway, needless to say, anyone dissatisfied with any changes we introduced is free to request us to remove the moves from the list, and then revise and resuggest them on his/her own along with pokémon to use them.

I'd like to add to that that it has always been PF's policy to take the liberty of changing the effects of moves that were suggested to us to make the move better/more unique/etc. without us mentioning the reason. Discussing moves just takes up way too much time and thus accepted moves have always just suddenly appeared on the site without notification. That said, I cannot recall that anyone has ever been dissatisfied with the changes we introduced.

The point is: we have way too many (Magic-type) moves with long lists of possible effects. Because of that, we actually planned on rejecting Poof!. However, because we are really fond of its name, we reworked it into something that is acceptable. And to be honest, a Magic-type variation of Metronome is awesome to have and fits its name just as well.

Sure, once their sprites are done in DP-style. This means that the DP starters will appear right away once they have been done. The GSC and RSE generation starters will not appear before all nine sprites of a generation have been done, though; which is why the Youthistle line isn't there yet.

@KookyKoopa: yes, you suggested many, and what I said holds true for you as well: some were approved, some were rejected. Broom Dive, for instance, is based on your suggestion Wizard Broom.

Now, sorry for giving short answers to everybody, but we did review an considerable amount of moves, so it's difficult and time-consuming to keep track of them.
