Maybe instead of decreasing power for the earplugs, you should do accuracy. Some sound-based moves don't do damage.

I think your Card Draw is somewhat of a precursor to my Tarot Trick. I think that they'd probably be learned by many of the same Pokemon. Also, if the suit determines the type, why do you have it down as Magic-Type? And if it's out of a 56 card deck (1 3 1/2 for each suit is added to a normal 52 card deck), then shouldn't each of them (each number of each suit) have the same equal 1 in 56 chance of being drawn?

Abilities

Bubble Guard
This Pokemon's body is always producing bubbly foam, and as such, the entire field is dampened when it is sent out. (Damp renders moves like Explosion and Selfdestruct useless)
Dampenes the field and renders explosive moves useless.
Pokemon: Perfoam (Trapinch's Fake Pokemon), Spump, Pomponge

Death Proof
Because this Pokemon is in-tune with the spirit world, OHKO attack and moves like Perish Song don't work on it.
Strong spiritual powers prevent this Pokemon from being isntantly Fainted.

It was, actually. I really wanted to make a variable move, so I used one that related to a deck of cards. I will change the type and chance, though.

Candle
Hold Item
A lit candle that helps burn the opponet.
Effect: Chance of Burning is increased by 10%.

Gas-Mask
Hold Item
A gas mask that prevents poisoning.
Effect: The user can't be Poisoned or Intoxicated.

Battery
Hold Item
A semi-large battery that helps paralyze the opponet.
Effect: Chance of Paralyzing is increased by 10%.

InjectNeedle
Hold Item
An injection needle that helps with Injection.
Effect: Instead of being Poisoned, the enemy is Intoxicated. Accuracy rises to 60.

Boiling Pot
Hold Item
A pot for water to be boiled. Helps with Boiling.
Effect: Boil's power rises to 90, now does *3 amount damage to Water types (does *1.5 normal damage).

Fertilizer
Hold Item/Use Item
Fertilizer for growing plants. Helps when Growing Berries.
Effect: All berries are now eligible for Berry Growth. Out of Battle: Like the Fertilizer from D/P/Pt.

A floating, always blowng fan that powers up Wind type mvoes and other wind moves..
Effect: Powers up Wind-Type moves, Autumn Wind, Heat Wave, Ominous Wind, Silver Wind, Haunted Wind, Twister, AbrasiveWind, Icy Wind, and other moves involving wind by 1.5x. WHirlwind damages the foe switching out.

Poison Gum

Poisonous gum that helps poison the opponet.
Effect: Chance of Poisoning or Intoxicating is increased by 10%.

Rubber Suit

An insolated rubber suit that prevents paralyzing.

Shadow Plate
Hold Item
A dark and sinister plate that raises the power of SHADOW moves.
Effect: Raises the power of Shadow moves by 20%; turns Acreus Shadow whilst holding.

Blood Vial
Key Item
A vial of blood from a legendary POKEMON. It seems to pulse with energy...
Effect: Trade it with the museum to get either DRATINI, BAGON, LARVITAR, or GIBLE. (Anvera Only~)
Note: Those four aren't found naturally in Anvera, so you have to wither trade them over, or use this to get one. You get it from the villains laboratory. It has the DNA of all four (they were trying to crate a super-powerful Dragon Pokemon, but you the hero thwart them). Depending on which one you choose, they'll be holding wither a Lustrous Orb (Dratini), an Adamant Orb (Larvitar), a Griseous Orb (Bagon), or a Draco Plate (Gible). These unlock their respective legendaries (except the plate, which can unlock any of the other three (only one, though)).

Icky Goo
Battle Item
A disgusting goop that keeps a Pokemon from thieving the item of the Pokemon it is used on.
Effect: Gives the user "Stick Hold" ability; 15% chance of PSN on Normal-Types.

Dark Gem
Key Item
A jewel that absorbs all light that touches it. It gives off a malicious aura that makes you uneasy.
Effect: Used to unlock TEMPTRICK in the Cavern of the Stolen Goddess.
Note: Given to you by Cynthia when you meet her and Lance briefly at the Atalanta Temple. This meeting unlocks Route 667 (my region starts at Route 636 and ends at Route 370), and subsequently, the Cavern of the Stolen Goddess (shortened to "Dark Cavern").

Shine Gem
Key Item
A jewel that gives off a constant aura of light. It gives off a calming aura that puts you at ease.
Effect: Used to unlock PURISOUL in the Katoninbur Temple (KAnto+johTO+hoenN+sINnoh+bomBUR).
Note: That is one long name... Anyways, this is given to you by Lance, when you meet him and Cynthia briefly at Atalanta Temple. This meeting unlocks Route 668 and subsequently the Katoninbur Temple (shortened to "Ancient Temple").
