Is it approvable to have "shiny" shadow pokemon. it would have the color scheme of this.

Well I don't think you can have any regular shadow Pokemon in the first place. A shiny one, even less likely.

I think he means, is it acceptable for Shiny Shadow pokémon to exist. I'm gonna say no, because the process of becoming a Shadow Pokémon subverts your color regardless of what it was before, and also because a large portion of the point of Shadow Pokémon is that all traces of individuality are suppressed.
