no flars your attack does the same amount of damage as you attack power, so if it hits twice, it does 2.5 each time

We will not start until i say so, but the battles will go like this, lets say i battle ossim

Dr. Nog uses Shock
Ossim is stunned for one turn

Dr. Nog uses swing, does 5 damage but due to the fact that the Red Crescent Wrench is metallic it shock does one recoil

and so on and so forth until one person looses all thier heath

special abilities can only be use ONCE a battle

no, it hits twice therefore, at level one it does 2.5 damage each time, then at level 2 it does 3 damage each time then at level 3 i does 3.5 damage each time, and so on and so on

Which would also be exactly what I said. *.5 is also known as 50%, or half power.
