I... don't really like these types...

Reasons:
Antimatter: Um... It's basically the same with reactions with itself, it's only real notice is it's effect on normal matter. And really, an Antimatter pokemon would not survive for very long. At all.
Benthal: Water and Dark types are what you would do for this, or just have Water and mention it lives at the bottom.
Bone: Already covered by Ground(Hardened such as fossils) and Ghost(for skeletons)
Cosmic: Really, a space type wouldn't make much sense, cause it isn't elemental or a kind of animal, so neither would Cosmic in a world where Psychic exists.
Crystal: Crystals are a form of Rock.
Heart: Oh, so now we're stealing from captain planet, are we? Isn't Normal good enough for cutesy pokes?
Life: I suppose it's decent, but really, that's what Light is for.(And technically, Psychic type is called Light type in japan)
Mist: ...Either Water, Wind, or Flying covers this.
Plasma: Choose Fire or Electricity, and there you go.
Sand: Basically just another form of Ground.
Snow: Remember Sand? This is like Sand for Ice.
Sound: Not really an element, and if we had to add it, I'd prefer it was called Wave type, cause I could stand Waves having their own type, but Sound is just type favoritism anyways.
Space: See Cosmic. Really, Space is just a term for where they live.
Time: I'm not sure, It just doesn't feel like a poke type to me, and Psychic could deal with this.
Virtual: Really, just because they live there doesn't mean they need a special type, and would restrict their type combos anyway.
Wood: This is the Sand type of Grass types.
