Life, if only because I really like that icon and it could make for some interesting possibilities, even though I admit it's not the most... probable.

Sound is of course the one there should have been to begin with.

But let's have a few theoretical(and random) musings about "what if", if only because I like the concept and am a tad bored atm and random creative theorycrafting is fun ;P

Life, let's see... Don't know why, but it kinda strikes me as being in balance with Ghost, Dragon and Magic.
It would do double damage to Ghost, Magic, Dark, Dragon, Steel, and deal little damage to Normal, Fire, Grass, Electric, Ice or Water.
It would resist Dark and Steel only, but take double damage from Ghost, Magic, Fire, Grass, Electric and Dragon. I see Life as "against all that would exterminate life", in a weird way.
It would be a mostly special type, and I could see it being more about straight up attacks than messing with stats/status.
It's attacks could possibly cause the occasional flinch or paralysis, or lower attack or special attack, but never a very high chance.
Said attacks would mostly be fairly accurate and decently powered, and it would be a type without a Acc70/Power120 -sort of trade-offs.
So it would be powerful and accurate attacks with the trade-off that many common types resist it and it wouldn't have that much side effects to play with
- along with three "goes both ways" relationships with Ghost, Magic and Dragon.

It's pokemon would be most often paired with Grass, Fire, Magic or Normal, if with anything - I see it as relatively pure type, like Normal.
HP would obviously be often the defining stat, along with Speed and occasional dash of Special Defense.

Of current pokemon, a few normal types could see change to Life or (pun incoming) half-Life - Miltank, Kangaskhan, Persian, Stantler. Some pure Grass and Fire types could see it as secondary type - Meganium, Sceptile, Ninetales, Arcanine.
