Close enough! The name was Purisoul, and she is the last legendary from my region! So, here's her info:

AIO Dossier on Purisoul:
The statue of PURISOUL was the final statue to be found in the upper three levels of the temple's basement floors. It is made out of pure crystal, and crafted with the aid of amazingly advanced tools. The statue itself seems to give off an aura of calming and ease, which could easily lull one into a deep sleep. It is thought to be the opposite of TEMPTRICK, in that it has six angel wings and no wand or spell book. Because of what we know about PURISOUL, and it is admittedly only a small amount of all there is to know, we can assume that it would be a Light/Psychic-Type.

As you say the name of the depicted Pokemon, a panel in the wall flips around to reveal a small crystalline orb. You take it, and walk back into the main room. There is another open space in the wall, which you place the orb into. A small light flashes, and you hear a tiny click as the wall opens into a pair of doors, which gracefully swing open to reveal a long hallway made of luminescent white stone. It has blue patterns traced into the marble, and white roses are carved from the stone, though they look as if they grew from it.

You reach a white room with four murals, each one depicting a different Pokemon. They are:

A large skeletal Dragon-Type Pokemon, with the following inscription: The Death Dragon from beneath the shadows; Skeledrake.
A burly brown Dragon-Type Pokemon with green eyes and a large horn on its nose, with two horns curling from its skull, and it has the full: The Earth Dragon from beneath the Earth; Draterra.
A slendere yellow Dragon-Type pokemon with white feathery wings and skyblue eyes, with the following inscription: The Sky Dragon from beneath the sky; Ventrake.
A small chibi-esque Dragon-Type Pokemon with pink and periwinkle scales and a curly hair-looking horn on its head, with the following inscription: The Fairy Dragon from beneath the stars; Faeyrm.

I took the comments into consideration and adjusted the names accordingly.

Also, Flarsy, you guessed right! Ventrake does indeed possess the ability Levitate. I'll give you a hint:

Tinyvern: This little guy needs shaarp eyes to see in the dark, but some actually have eyes that block out that bright sunlight.
Eldyrm: They still need their sharp eyes, but living deep in the mountains has put them in touch with their true potential.
Terragon: Most of them have a hard head, but some of them love to stir things up!
Ventrake: Levitate... but some of them also live on that cloud two doors down from seventh heaven.
Dracomakia: They have the wierdest dichotemy: they can either heal themselves on leaving the battle, or they utilize their spikes and rub poison all over them.
Ryudora: They can still heal themselves, but now instead of rubbing poinson on their spikes, they've built up a tolerance to that poison.

As you speak the names of the creatures, their portraits disappear and in their place are four alcoves with a small crystal Pokéball in it. As you collect them, a chilling wind enters the chamber and you turn about to see four hooded figures. One is wearing a cloak of a soft rosy color, the middle-left next to them wearing a robe of astonishing sea-blue, the middle-right has a robe of white with periwinkle bands, and the farthest right has a robe with purple at the top that fades into a pale orange. The one in the rosy robe steps forward.

"My name is Spinel, and you are here for one purpose..." He throws back his hood to reveal rosy hair and rosy eyes too. "To battle!"
He throws a crystal Pokéball out, and it reveals a tiny figure with white skin, blue eyes with red heart-shaped markings around them, and a large red "A" on its chest. It yawns as it awaits a battle partner. You ponder for a moment what Pokémon you want to use.

Okay, now who wants to use what? Your choice to fight this mysterious new enemy are: Tinyvern, Draomakia, unlabeled crystal Pokéball A, and unlabeled Pokéball B.
