In Bastion City, at the fountain, if I wanted to trade with someone in-game - not a real person - do the same rules apply? Commons and Uncommons are okay, to a point, and I have to ask permission for Rares? Thanks.

You may make a trade on your own if you would like. The Pokemon listed on the Placing List are the only ones you may trade for without permission. Any other pokemon you can get permission for from me, and you can also trade with any of the members if you would like.

That's is a close call. I suppose it would depend on the pokemon, as you said. Just PM me about your thoughts and I will tell you if you may trade. Please include information about the person you are planning on trading with. The more detail the better. Don't be discouraged if I ask you to catch a certain pokemon that you don't have to make the trade complete. I want you to have a challenge without taking too much fun from the RPG.

Of course! Thats exactly what I expected! It's no fun if I just catch a throw-away pokemon that I use for my trades. I think the search and stories you make yourself are what makes the PRG fun, since there's not too much overall guidance.
