Well ladies and gentlefolk, today the 2009-2010 Winter Pokelympics resume after the sickness of the founder, JDL. Today we have the Mogul Skiing event, where it looks like the bumps have just been made, and boy are they big! After all, these are pokemon! Today our competitors are:

EP-Weavile

Soble-Politoed

Drufle-Abomasnow

Flarsable-Infernape

Bgreymon-Scizor

Pielord-Crobat

JDL - Milotic

The event is about to get underway - all contestants are lined up at the gates. And... there they go! Oh, Crobat immediately falls down... it has no legs with which to ski! It's sliding helplessly OH WATCH OUT FOR THAT TREE-Phew! The trainer, PielordDX, has made a rescue, disqualifying his Crobat. But nobody's blaming him! Oh, and Crobat has fainted from the shock! Poor thing! We have reports the trainer was sleepy at the time of the decision, so cut him some slack! Well then, the contestants are speeding down the mountain, except for Abomasnow, who is too heavy! It looks like he may not have a chance... And look at Milotic! It's... it's strapped to one ski? What is this?! Oh, it's streamlined this way! Look at it go off that jump! Higher...higher... oh no it's falling... CRASH! Oooh! One ski and no joints to absorb the shock means a bad situation for Milotic, with it's ski broken and it flopping around in the snow. Well, Weavile is far ahead, thanks to its speed and agility, which lets it maneuver over the bumps with ease. with Scizor close behind, and Infernape on his heels. Politoed is in the back of the pack, staying ahead of Abomasnow because of it's ability to stretch it's legs and absorb bumps with ease. Oh!

What's this? All contestants are making a move for first, and Weavile is oblivious! Infernape is using its heat to annoy the 4x weak Scizor, who is losing focus and going over bumps sloppily. Abomasnow used Avalanche, but it ran into a tree! The bulk is just too great for an agility event like this. Politoed!

OH POLITOED HAS LEAPED - it went almost straight down the mountain with a Bounce attack, and it barrels into Weavile, knocking both of them out simultaneously! But Weavile's momentum keeps it going at a fast pace! What a disgrace it would be to lose to an unconscious competitor! BUT - I DON'T BELIEVE IT - Infernape rockets past, melting snow and ruining its skis as it goes, and it nabs first, knocking the KO'd frog off the blacked out weasel! Scizor comes past, speeding to second place, and Weavile slides into third, where his trainer rushes to him. Politoed follows suit, with the same events taking place. And here comes Abomasnow in a giant Avalanche, sliding into fifth... also KO'd! Three pokemon out cold, and two disqualified! It seems the bumps of the moguls are a dangerous place!
