Special Item-
Positron
Increases Att. by three points. Other pokemon will enter battle with half HP left if equipped.
Although Elematom "equips" this item, it is actually held in a vacuum in the middle of Elematom's nucleus. This item comes out to deal massive damage to the opponent.

Isn't there a minimum weight, as there is a minimum height?
I think the move is fine, but you forgot to specify type.
I also think the item is a little strong. Taking out half the health of entering Pokemon? Sounds a little strong. Maybe if it was an overtime thing, it would be a little more balanced.
