Me too; the page was fine for me about an hour ago. Now it's gone. Darn. That was a really cool website. Plus, it's not April Fool's Day yet.

Maybe he's just doing it early to throw everyone off. I hope.

Right before it disappeared N_Budgie posted something on the front page about lawsuits, but I thought he was kidding because it was something like "I'M SUING PEOPLE NOW AND LOOKING AWESOME" or something like that. I didn't really pay any attention because I was busy trying to make sure the site worked. =((

I agree that this is almost certainly an April Fool's joke. The letter contains multiple grammatical errors that a real NOA lawyer would be highly unlikely to make.

It's not real, I don't think. Everyone in the irc believes it though.
They all fooled me at first though! Y'know, if you type in the url of the phorums or battles after, it still comes up.

Nah, actually, considering it's April Fools' and Jext doesn't want to put up an announcement and he's being sued by Nintendo of America when his IP is somewhere in Europe, it probably is. Remember, he's European so it IS April 1st.

Heheh, silly April Fool's jokes. But yeah, it's understandable he did it early. If the date of that notification was April 1st, no one would've believed it :P
