On the main site, it says the locations of the 3 PF type plates. But I wish to know; where are the other 16? And may you post them on the main site?

The location for the other plates haven't been set in stone yet. We will reveal them eventually.

On a similar topic (sort of), where would someone get a Leafeon or Glaceon in Bombur? I'd assume Grandis Forest and Askorun Wastes, respectfully. (Remember, there has to be a stone)

And just to add to Flarsable's comment, what about Magneton and Nosepass? There's no Mt. Coronet in Bombur.

There's no Mt. Coronet in Johto or Kanto, either, and yet HG/SS is generally assumed to allow for these evolutions. Since the evolution requires a place with a strong magnetic field, like that of Mt. Coronet, the common theory is that it will somehow involve the magnet train that runs between Goldenrod and Saffron.

If I remember correctly, the place for those evolutions in Bombur is Mt. Pinnacle.

Actually, magneton and nosepass can't evolve in hgss.

Yes, Eevee could evolve into Leafeon in Grandis Forest and into Glaceon at the Askorun Wastes. A Moss Rock or an Ice Rock can be found in those areas.
Even if Magneton and Nosepass supposedly cannot evolve in HGSS, they can in Bombur. As Pory mentioned, Mt. Pinnacle is the place to be for those evolutions.

Back on-topic: as I said before, we will reveal the Plates' locations sometime in the future, but they are not a priority right now.
