You go to images on the top of the screen. There are two folders. One is for avatars and one is for personal images. Click the personal images folder, and then click upload. It's pretty simple if you know what you're doing.

Another way to post pics is with Phtobucket. It's easier because you can post them directly without posting URLs. All you do is drag and click.
