My case is the opposite of Squirrelay's, so I vote for Treecko. ShinE, on the other hand, wanted to stick with Pidgeotto. With that, the total is 6 votes for Treecko and 7 for Pidgeotto. Generation 1 wins yet again, and Pidgeotto becomes the last semifinalist!

Speaking of which, we now rejoin the first two of them for the first match of the semifinals. They don't need much of a presentation: one is a tiger that (cue bad pun) got the lion's share of the votes in each match it participated in, and the other is a little worm that crept its way past some worthy opponents.

I don't see why so many people like Weedle... but some say that its because Weedle's from Gen. 1, which is the wrong reason why to vote.

I am actually going to vote for belliger as well. If he wins, then 3 sprites will go up. And if weedle wins, than just 1 new sprite will go up: Bumbler.

Generation One had the best pokemon of all the generations. They were simple and creative. Weedle is just that simplicity. Belliger is not simple. I vote Weedle.

I agree with Squirrelay, Weedle's simple design is what makes it so great in my opinion. Not to mention that it looks so cute with its big nose, its short horn and its beady eyes ^^ It gets my vote. ShinE wanted to vote for Belliger instead. So the total is 3 votes for Weedle and 6 for Belliger, who becomes the first finalist!

The last match of the semifinals involves an electric beast that hasn't had much trouble defeating its opponents so far, and a beloved bird from Generation 1.
