My vote goes to Pidgeotto as well, since it has been one of my top favorite pokémon ever since it appeared in the anime ^^

With that, Pidgeotto beats Magnemite with 9 to 5 votes and advances to the next round!

And now we're entering the next round of the contest, with only 8 pokémon left that were able to survive the first round!
Without further delay, on to the Quarter Finals!

Gigavyris managed, though it proved no easy task, to delete Chicube out of the contest. Now it will have to face Belliger, which swept away Burnard with ease. Will the cat that roams the night do the same to the dangerous glitch, or does Gigavyris have more tricks on its nonexisting sleeve?

Well guys, ShinE has gone on vacation and will be away for a couple of weeks, so I'll be hosting the contest from now on. I'll also be voting on ShinE's behalf, as he left me a list of his top choices. In this case, his vote goes to Belliger, while mine goes to Gigavyris.

With that, Belliger beats Gigavyris with 9 votes against 3, and advances to the semifinals!

Our next returning contestants are both Generation 1 pokémon that defeated their opponents of later generations by a considerable margin. With its long tongue extended, Shellder blew a raspberry towards Trapinch, and Weedle managed to slow Floatzel down using its String Shot. Now these two unevolved veterans of roughly the same size face off against each other. Which one will emerge victorious? Let's find out.
