This is not a suggestion topic, but a discussion.
I was thinking. Since they both have many forms, and they both look very similar, I was thinking about a baby pokemon that can branch into either castform or rotom. Do you think this idea is crazy or genius?

While Castform and Rotom do have multiple forms each, the reasons for this are very different. Castform's body was made to be very sensitive to weather changes and morph accordingly. Rotom is a plasma-based ghost that can possess electric appliances. Having a pre-evolution that connects the two would hardly make sense, seeing as they are not similar Pokémon at all.

Besides, both are already small and rather featureless; a pre-evolution would consist of little more than a sphere with baby eyes.
