I am getting kind of aggravated when old or pointless topics just popping out of nowhere, or being revived, depending on which you choose. I believe we need a
place where topics just go, but still can be viewed.
Basically, my thought is to place a section on the forum, that places old topics that are "dead" and placed in that section, with a permanent close on it.
