Yeah, that's true, sadly.
How do you think of the Sky Pillar extension? You can capture Deoxys & Jirachi.

You can also capture deoxys at birth isle. Forgot that? I say keep it for just jirachi.

Yes, but you need the Aurora ticket from an event to go to Birth Isle.
Some people don't get events. And isn't that in Emerald?

... both true. But maybe to make it more interesting, you can create a specific item related to deoxys and an item related to jirachi to open its room respectively.

Are you going to be using DP sprites instead of RSE sprites?

Nope. RSE sprites only. I'm not editing any pokemon, mind you.
Just editing a few items, maps, wild pokemon placing, sme text, and maybe some moves. Jirachi and Deoxys rooms added. Special room in Cave of Origin Added. Screenshots come later. It has all starters (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn), Mew, and Celebi.

I meant replace some Pokemon with Sinnoh Pokemon... There are some Pokemon from the first 3 Generations I could live without

This isn't true. Between the Johto and Hoenn Pokem there is 25 spare slots. However if you insert these, they won't be in the Pokedex.

I think Riolu, Lucario, starters and evos, Arceus and Shaymin should be in it. That's about 13 Pokemon. How about asking to insert PF Pokemon?

Wait a minute... that would mean I need a sprite editor.
I don't know where to get one. UnLzGBA doesn't seem to work. Someone help me? All cities, routes, etc. FINISHED! You can now catch all pokemon WITHOUT trade or event.

Oh, and you can surf on the lava in Mt. Chimney.

Ah. Anyone else? Right. All maps and wild pokemon are edited (I think). I can finish Items and text in about two days. So now we shall face the real problem... POKEMON. UNLZGBA is being stubborn.

How about this: All starters, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Arceus, Lucario, and Weavile.

Lucario and Weavile just because they'd already been hinted at around that time.
Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina because they're the mascots for the next generation games.
Arceus because it's the God of all Pokemon.
