Okay since no one else is entering and I don't think anyone ele will will enter, I'm going to announce the winner.

Now the scoring:
All the grass starters have been reptillian in a way so Sovs entry wasn't to go for Originality. On the other hand EPs was original as there been only one giraffe Pokemon ever.
Now for Proportion you both did well even though you did diffrent styles.
For Drawing skills I couldn't score you as they were diffrent styles.
Now, finally, for concept, EP did the best here. A reptillian starter would make people bored and a girffe like Pokemon would be better as it was new.

Now Ep, your prize is the chance to be one of the E4 in Moon-Glow, the first person to be able to play the first release and the starter in the game.
But Sov gets a prize too! The line will be in the game being catchable in the Nat. Dex and can be a Gym leader.
