((OOC: Yes, but how do I even get the animated dex entry? If I try to save or copy paste, it ends up just being a still of whichever frame of the dex it was in when I saved it.))
Crys was so ecstatic over her short victory that she wasn't [[paying attention to Anthony and couldn't hear him calling out to dodge until it was too late. WHAM! Ledyba slammed into Crys with extreme force. Crys went sliding across the floor and hit a wall. "Crys!" Anthony called out. "Are you okay?" But crys was already getting up, and in her rage at being attacked let out a harsh, screaming Supersonic.

(OOC: Thanks. I'll make a topic later.)
Crys wasn't affected by the Growl because of her rage. (The room in general was affected though. Some grass rustled.) "Whoa Crys!" Anthony yelled. "Calm down!" Hearing her trainer's voice, Crys turned around for a minute, disappointed by her trainer and his apparent lack of guts. But when she looked at Anthony, she saw the same fire burning in his eyes at the thrill of the battle that was burning in hers. "I'm having the time of my life, Crys!" Anthony exclaimed, a smile lighting up his face. He turned to Aaron as well. "Thanks for this intense battle, Professor!" Looking at Crys, Anthony nodded slightly, and Crys took that as her cue to fire Powder Snow right at the dizzy ladybug.

"Good job Crys!" Anthony exclaimed. "Now, lets get up close and personal!" Hearing the command, Crys rushed up to the frozen bug, and sat there for a moment with her eyes closed. Anthony started. "Uh... maybe she didn't underst-" Then Crys's mouth glowed blue... as did her whole body. She released the powerful Powder Snow attack that she had been charging all along, right into teh face of the Ledyba, who was starting to look like Frosty the snowman after all that ice...

(OOC: Have you ever thought it's weird that wind/ water/ tackle attacks can still affect frozen pokemon, and they remain frozen? They're covered in a block of ice! It should either go right past or break it and do damage... I also always thought frozen should do additional damage such as poison/burn. From frostbite.)

"Buh..." Anthony mumbled. "Buh..buh... But... I did it?! I did it!" He turned to Aaron excitedly. "Aaron thank you so mu-" but just then, there was a shriek from behind him. "Wha-" Anthony shouted, whirling around.
Crys was glaring at him angrily. "Oh..." Anthony mumbled. He promptly scooped her up and hugged her. "Of course I can't forget you!" He turned to Aaron again. "Now I'm going for real. Uh... Where SHOULD I go?"

(OOC: Sorry... I was under the illusion that it evolved at level 7 for some reason. My bad. Ehehehehehe....)

"Ok, great! Seeya Professor! Thanks!" With that, Anthony dashed out into the town of Anchore, scooping Crys onto his shoulder. Then he realized that there was no need to run. He could do whatever he wanted. He laughed. Then he heard Crys whimper. He realized that she needed healing. So he ran over to the Pokemon Center. Inside, there was a lady - with pink hair. Anthony stared at her hair for a moment. She interrupted, "Yes, it's quite a nice shade, isn't it?" and she smiled. "Here, let me take your pokemon," she said. Anthony put Crys into her pokeball, and a few seconds later she was returned. He let her out, and she let out a happy cry. Anthony thanked the nurse, and went on his way.

His next stop was the pokemart, where quickly bought a potion, 5 pokeballs, and the Map that Professor Aaron had mentioned. He ran out with Crys, and dashed over to the entrance of some large woods, finally on his way.

Anthony slowed down, laughing. He was finally out. He was going to do whatever he wanted! No more being locked up in the mountains... Although he did love his house. Anthony put his hands behind his head and started walking, until he saw a girl with brown hair sitting on a fence. Hmm... Maybe I can make a friend... a real friend! he thought. He walked over to her and said, "Hey, how are you? I'm Anthony DeVries. Are you on the start of your journey too?" The girl looked at him strangely - she wasn't used to strangers coming over and introducing themselves.

Meanwhile, Crys had leapt off of Anthony's shoulders and blown a Powder Snow at Dude, unbenownst to the two trainers. She only froze his lemonade though - which tuned into a popsicle she promptly ate. She grinned impishly at Dude and stuck out her tongue.

"Uh. Sure. Okay!" he said, his excitement growing. "Crys!" he called. When sh didn't come, he looked around, confused. He spotted her and Dude - she was biting his face, whille he had her in a headlock. "Crys! Lay off that Geodude - I mean Dude!" Crys obeyed, and came back to him. But on the way back she stuck out her tongue at Dude. Anthony recalled Crys into her pokeball and waited for Haley to do the same. He then had a thought. "Oh! Don't worry about who gets injured - I have a potion on me. Hmmm... can we make an agreement to stop when our pokemon are close to fainting?"
