Why "Cyber Lugia"? Looks more like "Noxious Lugia" to me. Nice recolor, though!

Well, in my game Moon-Glow, Team Chaos captures Lugia and forces other Pokemon DNA into his DNA and he reacts badly. Lugia is then attached to a machine which inserts a chip into his brain. This chip allows Chaos to control him, mainly Kaox (pronunced K-X), the leader. When the player reached the secret base, they accidently release Cyber Lugia.
Why Cyber Lugia? Well:
1. It sounds cool

2. They used technology to create him
3. The chip in his brain.

You hear a distant voice call "Mwahahahaha..."
The Shadow Chikorita line isn't as finely shaped as the Treecko one becasue I made the size bigger and then had to shrink it again. I made them before I knew how to shrink the borders.

These are some things I edited for another site I'm on. I put wings on a Dry Bones to make a Dry Paratroopa! That's my username there.

I said you SHOULD save as PNG. Those are the best image files. Especially for a sprite.

I personally like gif, because they are easy to access. I use microsoft paint mainly to make images if any.

They are good Flarsy. It's obvious you tried, howver don't resize, zoom if you need to go close and NEVER use default paint colours.
