I'm sorry, but we feel that two Nintendo ledendaries with alternate 'formes' are already stretching it. So, no, we won't make these official.
I personally consider Primal Dialga something akin to Shadow Lugia of the Colloseum game: a temporary alternate coloring, which does not equal an alternate forme.

I am going to backup ShinE's opinion, this is a no-go. You guys may continue to post legendary alternate forme ideas as much as you like, but this is an area I don't think we should approach.

Heatran [Modern Forme]
Appearance: Heatran is now machine and metal than molten lava and liquid red-hot metal. It has some smokestacks that allow it to cool its core temperature.
Type: Steel/ Fire
Ability: (I was thinking maybe Motor Drive or Heatproof)
Stats:
ATTACK: 120
DEFENSE: 120
HP: 90
Sp. ATK: 100
Sp. DEF: 105
SPEED: 75

Darkrai [Shifter Mode]
Appearance: The power of a new moon allows Darkrai to become more of a simple 'shadow on the wall' shape. The red beads that were around its neck are now adorning its head like a sort of crown.
Type: Dark
Ability: Bad Dreams
Stats:
ATTACK: 80
DEFENSE: 100
HP: 70
Sp. ATK: 145
Sp. DEF: 100
SPEED: 115
