I think we should call the ability Type Shift and not merge, simply because the word 'Merge' doesn't instill the image that this Pokemon will be constantly switching types. It make me personally think that it's gonna have all the types at once or something...

Since Dialga goes primal, Palkia should too:

Stats:
HP: 100
ATK: 140
DEF: 130
S.ATK: 150
S.DEF: 90
SPEED: 80

Spacial Rend now causes recoil in addition to having a hight crit hit rate.

That Regigigas Sky Forme is pretty weird looking... Is anyone gonna do a Palkia recolour for Primal Palkia? I figure it should be dark purple/ pink with the markings a shade of yellow.

Yes, it is. When the Shaymin Sky Form was revealed, they changed all the theories to a Regigigas Ice Form. Maybe you could do that instead.

No. It doesn't look like much of an ice type. it's more of a wind type really.

No, you should make an Ice form, ior search for one. BTW, the Shaymin Sky Form should be Grass/Wind. Just saying, it doesn't have the wings to fly. It floats.

No. The arms turn to "wings." I want the staff to come here and see if this is worth approving. Especially the dialga concept.
