Righto, up to total one day played of HeartGold, saved in Slowpoke Well atm:

Lokni / lvl 13 Vaporeon (native American, meaning "rain falls through the roof")
Galilahi / lvl 10 Aerodactyl ( -||-, meaning "attractive" - it's an inside joke and throwback to Crystal where I had an Aerodactyl who CONSTANTLY screwed my sister's Nidoking & Blastoise with Attract...)
Yas / lvl 10 Glaceon (-||-, meaning "snow")
Pajackok / lvl 11 Jolteon(-||-, meaning "thunder")
Quidel / lvl 10 Flareon (-||-, meaning "burning torch")
Wikwaya / lvl 12 Leafeon(-||-, meaning "one who brings")

Lokni keeps yawning at me every single time I check its status when it's the first in my party. Am I that boring? ;P

No Umbreon or Espeon, but you have Flareon?
That's disappointing... Also, lol at the Vaporeon. It's because water types in Slowpoke Well will have that status.

Beat Rematch!Lance yesterday.

Jeez, he was hard. Luckily, my Piloswine is so awesome that he managed to Avalanche (with proper Hyper Potion applications between fights) all three of his huge Dragons. His Gyarados and his Charizard both fell to Lanturn, as well as his Altaria. I was able to put Lanturn's Ice Beam to great use. Now, I'm one step closer to beating Red...

I did get a Hitmontop though, after two hours of resetting the Tyrogue to make sure it had perfectly equal stats:

You need a Ground type move/Pokemon, JDL. If LightMan was level 60 it could punch out everyone on that team besides Kingdra & Lanturn. Just bring Red Snake (Ice Fang on Kingdra to help LightMan), Stonehenge (Lanturn), and some healing items up to him and you're toast.

Ice fang won't work against Kingdra... it's half water type! I can own Stonehenge with any of my water types- even Lanturn, as its only Ground-type move is Magnitude, which depends on luck.

LightMan is a hard one, but, hey, two Pokémon is a pretty good chance.

Though, I did listen to your suggestions and switched Hoho with a Swampert with Earthquake.

So what? The Ampharos-Gyarados combo worked against Clair's Kingdra.

Now I'm up to challenging E4... and boy are their levels low! My pets are barely lvl 40 even though they all gained boosted(1.5x) exp!

Of course Flareon! It's probably the best of them on my personal bias(granted, it's Speed is absolutely deplorable and it's Defense just screams help at every occasion...)
And as for Umbreon and Espeon... I already have one Umbreon @ 100, but plan on training them both again soon... but there are seven Eeveelutions, six spots in a party and none of them can Fly either... ;P

Just caught Ho-oh, and I was literally one thread away from white-out. All of my Pokemon had fainted besides Red Snake, who had one health left. No joke.

Beat Red last night. My highest was Typhlosion, at 68....whew, that was a hard battle. Have fun, everyone.

Most of my team is actually from my Pokewalker.

I have an Bellossom, a Starmie, a Machamp, and a Crobat on my team, and I raised all of them from Pokemon I got from the Pokewalker. Oh, and I got a Flying Pikachu too.

Lucky. I couldn't get anything better than a one !.

I tried the League. I died when Lance only had one of his Lv. 49 Dragonite & his Charizard on my first try, with levels of 36, 38, 39, 40, 42, & 46 at the time of battling. I don't remember their initial levels before the Elite 4.

LEAGUE WIN! I beat them all on the first try except for Lance, who I got down to just Charizard at 1 hp, with accuracy lowered two stages, and somehow he critical'd on Air Slash and OHKOd my Typhlosion. Beat him on the next try, though. Now have Thunder Badge and am in Cerulean Gym.

Still not beat E4, though haven't played that much and I'm going through it the "old-fashioned" way, AKA not using any items whatsoever. So far I'm up to Karen and her dastardly hard-hitting Houndoom ;P

No, it was Umbreon that was dooming me. I just OHKO Houndoom with Earthquake. It's stupid Double Team along with lack of a super-effective move and Karen's Full Restores made me waste the Sacred Ash. I owned her the second time, though.

Shudder. If it gets one NP up, you're down. For some Ground type moves, it was tough.
I didn't play over break except for pokeathlon. Got almost every trophy. I'm at... Volcano badge.

Put it this way; the Houndoom has made me wonder where either Rock Slide or Stone Edge TM is so I could do some STABby action with my Aerodactyl - the only Rock move it learn is naturally being the now-special-and-thus-useless-on-'dactyl Ancientpower ;P

Or I could just teach the thing Earthquake, but it feels kind of waste where I probably won't have it in the final moveset(and I could certainly use the TM elsewhere)...

Stone Edge is purchaseable at the Battle Frontier, and Rock Slide comes with the Boulder Badge.
