"That's really, really great," sighed a certain annoyed totodile as a chatot blabbered on excitedly.
"So I was like No Way! and he was like Yes Way! Then I was all like NO WAY!!! and he was like YES WAY!!! so I pecked on his head. Thanks for listening, byebye!" the Chatot spied a friend and flew away.
"They never stop talking..." Ale sat on the forest floor and looked around. All seemed to be peaceful.

"Are we lost?" Ale sat down under a tree.
"Apparently." Jed sat down next to her, opening up a map. "Hmm... Well, I think we're here" He pointed to a place on the map.
"You really don't know maps, do you? That's the desert. We're in a forest here." Ale shook here head and muttered.
"Can't you use your psychic powers to tell where we are?"
"Sure, I'll try... hm that's weird. I can't focus my powers," Ale shook her head. "It seems like I've been DISABLED."
"DISABLED?" Jed looked around and saw a shadow creeping in the bushes. "Hey, who is that?"
The thing walked out and it was... a shadow Drowzee!

The fervent drone "revenge" came from the oddly colored Drowzee. It looked possessed, crazed. It gave a painful shout before unleashing a Shadow Wave. A purple, mist-like energy surged toward Ale and Jed.

"Aack! WATER PULSE!" Jed jumped back and fired pulses of water at the Drowzee. Ale, half stunned by the wave, tried to hypnosis the Drowzee.

The Hypnosis had no affect, the crazed Drowzee continuing to stalk toward the two. The Water Pulse slammed directly into the Drowzee, but again the pokemon did not seem phased by the attack. After a slight stumble it moaned a "Revenge!" before it moved closer. The Drowzee's body surged with a dark energy and then it charged at Jed with a Shadow Blitz.

"Holy Crap!" the blitz hurt more than a bit of Jed's hide. He jumped back and started scratching the Drowzee furiously. Suddenly, Jed's mystic water glowed extremely bright, and he shot out an amazingly powerful Water Gun.
