Dex Time!

Monstegg: It stays inside its egg shell, fearful of the evils of life. It uses projectiles to attack from a distance.
Genegon: It keeps the shell over its eyes so it won't see the pain it causes. Some say if it didn't, it would go mad.
Devidraco: It has come to terms with its inner evil. Now it embraces the darkness and wreaks havoc nonstop.
Darkloom: It uses underhanded tricks to get the upper hand in battle. ROSERADE despise this way of fighting.

What do you think of those?

Cool

I have a great idea. Evolving pokemon by leveling up and equipping an item. But these is no ordinary items. These are fossils! I am trying to find the heritage of 12 pokemon, one for each fossil, and give them an evolution based off of their ancestors. It's almost like 2 pokemon forming into 1.

They are alternate evolutions. You have a certain pokemon hold a certain fossil. Then I think it would be best to have them level up at a mystic location. Then the mystic power combines the DNA of the fossil and it's holder, creating a new evolution.

Uh-huh... So, why evolve with the fossil instead of just reviving the fossil Pokemon? Or are these like the Rare Bone in DPPt that is just a good sale? Also, would these be new evolutions of current Nin/PF Pokemon, or entirely new Pokemon using new fossils?

1. The pokemon when evolved will be stronger than both separate.
2. They are not like rare bones. These are pure fossils.
3. These would be new evolutions of Nintendo and PF.

Okay, so are they supposed to be like fusions of two existing Pokemon? 'Cause I don't think the staff are big on fusion ideas. Unless the fossil is just unlocking the Pokemon's primal nature and devolves them by evolving them. Eh, I'm so confused.

The primal nature part is more like it. It's basically a conventional evolution with item, except the items are fossils.

I see. That is more conventional. I was sort of going 'Ewww...' at the fusion idea. It's just so cliché. Anyways, give me some examples. I like to know what I'm dealing with.

Sleepy Fly pokemon
Bug/Fly
Pokdex Data: Its bodily fluids contain a chemical that will lure anything to sleep and can actually cure diseases like Malaria. Scientists are trying to make a medicine out of it.
Special Ability: Healing Blood- Recoveres from all anomalties if fell asleep.
Moves: O dunno, but it will contain rest, recover, and sleep powder.

current in it's pearl that is so strong it can give a

Alot of people become sick while they sleep. But they're alive when tnhey wake up. They take medicine and drink OJ. And they get better.

Sure. The ones I am trying to think of abilities for right now are my seven sins/virtue pokemon and the zodiacs, except Gemini. ^^ Do you want me to PM you the pictures, or post them here?
