Effect: Inflicts a STATUS AILMENT, Depending on the target's highest stat. Hit through types (Ex. Poison can get PSN, Fire can receive BRN, etc.)

ATK => Confusion
DEF => PSN (if Poison-Type); Toxic (if not Poison-Type)
Sp. Atk => Infatuation
Sp. Def => BRN
SPD => PAR
If 2 Stats tie, the foremost stat in the list over takes the other (if they can stack, though, they will (Ex. SLP would overtake PAR, but would stack with Infatuation).
Double Battle: Both
Flavour Text: The user summons a ring of mystic energy summoned from the 'Zero World' that inflicts ailments determined by the target's highest stat.
