This is the Item, Ability and Move Factory, where you can make moves and abilities that aren't signature to anyone, so can be used/had by anyone it seems right to, or make items (since JDLJDL's PF items is birued on the third page of the Pokemon Chat).

Ability:
Mind Peace
Effect: Bad Dreams and Nightmare don't work on this Pokemon.
Flavor Text: Prevents evil from entering the mind.
Description: This Pokemon's mind is tranquilized to prevent any Bad Dreams or Nightmares.

Type: Fighting
Category: Other
PP: 20
Power: ---
Accuracy: ---
Effect: The user's Attack and Special Attack are raised one level.
Flavor Text: The user absorbs a mystical power from space to raise its Attack and Sp. Atk stats.

Item:
Megaphone
Effect: Raises the power of sound-based moves by 20% if held by a Pokemon.
Flavor Text: An item to be held by a Pokemon that raises the power of sound-based moves.

Award for Extreme Patience

Ooooohhh, I'm gonna have so much fun with this.

Moves:

Cosmo Flash
Light
Power: 50
Accuracy: 100
Effect: Has a 35% chance of lowering the target's accuracy. Hits both opponents in a double battle.
Flavour: The user unveils a fallen star, then hurls it at the opponent. May lower accuracy

Tranquilize
Poison
Power: 10
Accuracy: 80
Effect: 3 turn attack: 1st Turn) Does damage and lowers Speed 2 Levels; 2nd Turn) Victim becomes drowsy and Attack lowers 1 level; 3rd Turn) Victim falls asleep and stats return to normal
Flavour: The foe is subjected to a venom that causes them to slow and grow drowsy, then fall asleep.
Notes: If the foe is Steel-Type, the damage is negated, but the target is still subjected to the following effects.

Infection
Poison
Power: 20
Accuracy: 80
Effect: 50% chance of causing PSN, 25% chance of causing Toxic.
Flavour: The user slashes at the foe, infecting the wound right away.
Notes: Does not affect the following Pokémon: Grimer, Muk, Bactrun, Koffing, Weezing, Laffing, Choking

AlgiaticMirage

Power: 95
Accuracy 90
Effect: If the user gets STAB from using this attack, the base Power is 120 instead of 95.
Flavour: The user forces the foe to live through unimaginable pain.
Notes: Pokémon like Froslass and Gengar are also eligible to get the effect of this attack, despite not getting STAB from using it. This is because they take pleasure in the pain of their opponent ((I might make an ability called Sadism that makes this move give Pokemon with that ability the special effect as well... Thoughts, anyone?)).
Side Note: STAB stands for 'Same Type Attack Bonus'.

Yes, I knew you would. And there's already a move called Sadism, so an ability might confuse people.

Waterproof
Effect: Power is halved from Water type attacks
Flavor Text: Halves Water type damage.
Description: This Pokemon's skin repels water and wipes away half of what hits it to half water damage.

Insulated
Effect: Electric type moves do no damage
Flavor Text: Prevents Electric type damage.
Description: This Pokemon's skin is insulated and prevents damage from Electric type moves.

Static Orb
Effect: Paralyses the holder.
Flavor Text: An item to be held by a Pokemon that paralyses it.
Fling Effect: Paralyses the foe

Effect: Increases Fire-, Ice-, and Thunder-Type damage done by the holder by 25% [[HIDDEN]] Changes the Base Power of Tri Attack from 80 to 110.
Flavour: An item that increases damage for three certain attributes. It shimmers with a radiant light.
Descrip: A small, translucent crystal made using the three elemental stones; it symbolizes the power of unity.
Note: Made by using all three elemental crystals on Heatran. When the third and final one is used, you receive the message 'What's this? Heatran seems to be holding something!'

Blaze Shard
Effect: Increases Fire-Type damage by 5% and adds a 10% chance of the holder's attacks inflicting BRN.
Flavour: A small gem fragment imbued with fire. It powers up Fire-Type attacks and slightly increases chances of a burn.
Descrip: A tiny, red-orange crystal piece that imbues the holder with the power of a powerful inferno.

Frost Stone
Effect: Increases Ice-Type damage by 10% and adds a 15% chance of the holder's attack s inflicting FRZ.
Flavour: A stone infused with the essence of ice. It powers up Ice-Type attacks and increases chances of causing the opponent to freeze.
Descrip: A mid-sized ice-blue stone of crystalline make-up that imparts to the holder the power of a blizzard.

Thunder Gem
Effect: Increases Electric-Type damage by 10% and adds a 20% chance of the holder's attack s inflicting PAR.
Flavour: A gem that sparkles with the power of lightning. It powers up Electric-Type attacks and significantly increases chances that the foe will be paralyzed.
Descrip: A large precious-looking jewel that infuses the holder with the power of a thunderstorm.

Rock
Effect: Does 40 damage to opponent. Makes opponent "angry" (raise attack sharply but get confused, after confusions stops attack returns to normal)
Flavor: No unlike the rock from Safari Zone. This can anger a pokemon badly.
Desc.: A rock. What did you expect?

Bait
Effect: Lowers all opponent stats a bit for two turns. Evasiveness lowers sharply. Might cause temporary disobedience.
Flavor: Not unlike the bait from Safari Zone. The opponent will start eating this.
Desc.: A round, brown, biscuit with a pikachu face on it.

Flavor: A sharp harvesting tool. It powers up Bug-Type attacks for SCYTHER and SCIZOR.
Description: Ummm... Think of the Grim Reaper. Now y'know that thing he's holding? That's it!
Note: While being a Power-Up for the Scyther line, it is actually a Trade-Evolution item for a Pokemon I thought of: Grimgel who uses it to evolve into Reapriel.

24K Nugget
Effect: Powers up the attacks of Aurupan ((AURUm (Latin for gold) + PAN (as in 'to PAN for gold')
Flavor: A nugget of the highest purity. It sells immensely well at the mart.
Description: It's like the normal nugget, but slightly bigger and a lighter shade of gold.
