Ludveck would have an strategy of course:
-The first Pokemon is Vankolor so it can set up Midnight and Reflect, then swap to release Hysteribel
-With Midnight and Reflect active, Hysteribel would be almost unstoppable after using Stainless and Iron Defense
-With Reflect active, the rest of the Team would be able to use their recovery moves before they faint
-Howlunor could become quite strong too, if he manages to use Bulk Up several times

If you didn't notice, this Team has a weakness, and is on purpose so the Leader won't be difficult to defeat: Special Attacks

Switch to Hysteribel, one turn. Hysteribel's buffs, three turns. You wouldn't switch out there, as that would make switching to Hysteribel useless. I know. The idea is, that after Hysteribel faints, Ludveck would switch in Vankolor again to set up Midnight and Reflect and then switch in another Pokemon, depending on the foe (against Fire-type Crawdaunt would come out; against Steel, Howlunor would be the best option, etc.)
And remember, Gym Leaders are not supposed to be impossible to defeat, so there must be some flaws in their strategies.

By the way, I'm not actually a competitive battler. I know how it works and everything, but I yet don't have my own EV trained Team.
