This is the Signature Ability Maker Federation. It is where we take pokemon with 1 ability, and give it another exclusive to that pokemon or species. Just make sure to keep everything reasonable and not out of hand. Here's an example.

Sweet Dreams
Effect: Any pokemon thats asleep on the field gain 1/8 total hp at the end of each turn
Pokemon Exclusive To: Cresselia (she needs one against Darkrai's sig. ability)

Edit 2: Since some are trying to give the same pokemon an ability, I am going to post on the front page ones that have already been taken, and ones that I believe are creative. It is one of those "finders keepers" type things now.

Wish Maker
Effect: At the end of battle, there is a 50% chance this Pokemon will be holding an item.
Pokemon Exclusive: Jirachi

Ground-shaker
Effect: At the end of a turn, all pokemon (except the one with this ability) take 1/6 of their total HP in Damage. Doesn't work on Pokemon with the Ability 'Levitate' or on Flying-Type Pokemon

Water Waker
Effect: At the end of a turn, all pokemon (except the one with this ability) take 1/6 of their total HP in Damage. Doesn't work on Pokemon with the Ability 'Water Absorb' or on Grass-Type Pokemon
Pokemon: Kyogre

Chivalry
Effect: This Pokemon's attacks do half damage to female Pokemon, but twice the damage to male Pokemon.
Exclusive to: Gallade, Cragsquire, Graknite, Palatin.

Life Aura
Effect:Heals every pokemon's HP a little
Description:The pokemon has a life-giving aura around it that regenerates every living thing.
Exclusive to:Shaymin

Volcanic Temper
Effect:Raises Atk and Sp.Atk when attacked but has slightly higher chance of missing
Description:The pokemon has a hot temper that it angrier when attacked
Exclusive to:Heatran

Vaporize
Effect: All physical attacks and ground types are not very effective against this pokemon.
Vaporeon

Electrify
Effect: All physical attacks and water types will receive recoil damage.
Jolteon

Enflame
Effect: All physical attacks and grass types will receive a burn and defense lower.
Flareon

Vine Wrap
Effect: Opponent receives wrap damage every turn. User will be burned if the opponent is fire type.
Leafeon

Subzero Effect: All physical attacks will receive a 75% chance of freeze. Totally ineffective on types that ice is not effective against.
Glaceon

ESP
Effect: 50% Encore every 4 rounds, 50% constant confusion. 20% confuses itself.
Espeon

Time Wish
Effect: Foes speed is reduced while the other Pokemon is doubled.
Flavor Text: Cut of speed for foe and rising of other.
Description: The slowing of time causes the foe to slow while they speed through it.
Exclusive to: Celebi

ReaperSight
Effect: Increases the accuracy of Super-Effective moves by 25%. OHKO moves are 10% more accurate.
Flavour: Lethal moves are lent more accuracy.
Description: These Pokemon are more in tune with the supernatural, and as such are more likely to hit with effective moves.
Exclusive: Duskull, Dusclops, Dusknoir


Sadistic
Effect: Physical Attacks and Dark-Type Attacks have 10 added to the base power. Also qualifies the Pokémon for the special effect of the attack 'AlgiaticMirage'.
Flavour. The user take glee in the opponents pain.
Desciption: These Pokemon are son intent on causing pain, they take pleasure in causing it.
Exclusive: Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Froslass, Spiritomb, Misdreavus, Divdreavus, and Mismagius

Blaze Power
Effect: Special Attack and Attack is raised. 10% chance of burn though.
Flavor Text: The two Fire Starters seek out to help the other.
Description: The Fire Pokemon raise thier Attack to help the other. May cause burn.
Exclusive to: Charizard, Typlosion, Blaziken and Infernape.
Extra notes: Only activates in a double battle.

Torrent Power
Effect: Special Defense and Defense is raised. 10% chance of flinching though.
Flavor Text: The two Water Starters seek out to help the other.
Description: The Water Pokemon raise thier Defense to help the other. May cause flinching.
Exclusive to: Blastoise, Feraligatr, Swampert and Emploeon
Extra notes: Only activates in a double battle.

Overgrow Power
Effect: Speed and Accuracy is raised. 10% chance of confusion though.
Flavor Text: The two Grass Starters seek out to help the other.
Description: The Grass Pokemon raise thier Speed and Acurracy to help the other. May cause confusion.
Exclusive to: Venasaur, Meganium, Sceptile and Tortera
Extra notes: Only activates in a double battle.

Aerial Striker
Effect: The Move FLY only takes one turn and other Flying-Type moves gain a +1 Priority setting (EX. A move with a priority setting of 0 becomes +1, -1 becomes 0, etc.), as wells as a +10 Base Power bonus.
Flavor: Flying-Type moves become faster and more powerful.
Description: This Pokemon is so agile in the air, its Flying-Type moves are quicker and more effective.

Primal Fury
Effect: This Pokemon's attack stats (Attack and Sp. Atk) raise by 1 level at the end of every turn.
Flavor: Offensive stats are boosted at the end of your turn.
Description: This Pokemon is full of raw, ancient fury that boosts its stts at the end of every turn.
Exclusive: Anorith, Armaldo

Sweet Saliva
Effect: Bug-Type Pokemon cannot run from/ switch out of battle.
Flavor: [i]Bug Pokemon are trapped in battle.[i/]
Description: This Pokemon's sweet saliva emits a scent that ensnares Bug Pokemon, keeping them in battle.
Exclusive: Bellsprout Line, Carnivine

Space Warp
Effect: A random weather effect starts when this Pokemon is sent into battle.
Flavor Text: A random weather effect starts upon entering battle.
Description: This Pokemon's ability to warp space changes the location of battle; thus changing the weather.

Time Distort
Effect: When this Pokemon is in battle, the movement order is randomized.
Flavor Text: Movement is randomized when this Pokemon is in battle.
Description: This Pokemon's ability to distort time changes the movement ability of battlers.
Exclusive to: Dialga

Gravity Flip
Effect: The gravity randomly changes every five turns; changing random properties.
Flavor Text: Gravity is flipped when this Pokemon enters battle; changing properties.
Description: This Pokemon's exotic abilities changes the force of gravity every five turns while in battle.
Increased gravity: Same as when the move Gravity is in effect.
Decreased gravity: Ground type moves cannot be used, FLY and BOUNCE take two turns to attack.

Knowledge
Effect: All special moves have a 10% chance of confusion.
Flavor Text: Special moves may confuse foe.
Description: This Pokemon uses its knowledge to power non-contact moves with a chance of confusion.

Emotion
Effect: All moves have a 5% chance to infatuate the foe, regardless of gender.
Flavor Text: Moves may infatuate the foe regardless of gender.
Description: This Pokemon uses its emotional powers to possibly infatuate the foe upon hitting it, regardless of gender.

Willpower
Effect: All Physical moves have a 10% chance of causing the foe to flinch.
Flavor Text: Physical moves may cause foe to flinch.
Description: This Pokemon uses its willpower to strengthen its contact moves so the foe may flinch.

Health Boost
Effect: Healing moves recover 150% of the HP the normally.
Flavor Text: Healing moves heal 150% normal HP.
Description: This Pokemon's DNA structure boosts HP recovery by 1.5.
Exclusive to: Deoxys (Normal)

Attack-Boost
Effect: If the Attack or Special Attack stat is raised, it is raised by two levels instead of one.
Flavor Text: Doubles boost of attack power.
Description: This Pokemon's DNA structure doubles Attack and Special Attack boosts.
Exclusive to: Deoxys (Attack)

Defense-Boost
Effect: If the Defense or Special Defense stat is raised, it is raised by two levels instead of one.
Flavor Text: Doubles boost of defense power.
Description: This Pokemon's DNA structure doubles Defense and Special Defense boosts.
Exclusive to: Deoxys (Defense)

Agility-Boost
Effect: If the Speed stat is raised, it is raised by three levels instead of one.
Flavor Text: Triples boost of speed.
Description: This Pokemon's DNA structure triples Speed boosts.
Exclusive to: Deoxys (Speed)

Rock Build
Effect: Raises Defense and Sp. Defense if hit by a Rock type move instead of damage.
Flavor Text: Raises Sp. Defense and Defense if hit by a Rock type move.
Description: This Pokemon's body is made from rocks, and will collect them if hit by them to build its defenses.

Effect: Raises Defense and Sp. Defense if hit by an Ice type move instead of damage.
Flavor Text: Raises Sp. Defense and Defense if hit by an Ice type move.
Description: This Pokemon's body is made out of ice, and will grow if hit by some to build its defenses.

Effect: Raises Defense and Sp. Defense if hit by a Steel type move instead of damage.
Flavor Text: Raises Sp. Defense and Defense if hit by a Steel type move.
Description: This Pokemon's body is made out of metal, and will attach it to it's body if hit by it to build its defenses.
Exclusive to: Registeel

Eon Soul
Effect: Special Attakc and Special Defence are doubled if another Pokemno with Eon Soul is in battle.
Flavor Text: Doubles Sp. atk and Sp. Def if another Eon Soul is present.
Description: This Pokemon's soul can be spiritually connected to one like it to boost special stats.
Exclusive to: Latias, Latios

Flame Wings
Effect: All Physical moves have a 10% chance of burning the foe.
Flavor Text: Physical moves may burn.
Description: This Pokemon's wings are literally on fire and may burn the foe upon contact.
Exclusive to: Moltres

Shock Wings
Effect: All Physical moves have a 10% chance of paralysing the foe.
Flavor Text: Physical moves may paralysis.
Description: This Pokemon's wings are electrified and may paralysis the foe upon contact.
Exclusive to: Zapdos

Frost Wings
Effect: All Physical moves have a 10% chance of freezing the foe.
Flavor Text: Physical moves may freeze.
Description: This Pokemon's wings are chilled and may freeze the foe upon contact.
