He didn't kill himself, and he was/isn't being crushed by the bicycles. The body was also found in a very small room.

I tame the burninators.

Here's how the Slakoth line really goes through evolution:

Slakoth drinks a Red Bull, causing it to get hyper and evolve into Vigoroth.
The caffeine rush ends, causing Vigoroth to evolve into Slaking.

Exactly. A guy shot him, threw him in a small room, and covered him in bicycles to hide him.

Pokémon Factory Worker
