((OOC: @ ShinE: Shoot, how long have I been spelling it with an "a"? XD And yes, I realize that Huck was trying to do what's right. And I don't think I'm allowed to catch the Postork. . . .))

Suddenly, however, the large bird pokemon dropped a single, small blanket, took off into the air, and headed towards the edge of the forest with - Micheal noticed  - two more, identical packages. "What?" Micheal asked, suddenly intrigued. Inside the blanket, a sparkling Tiqual chirped happily, and a hastily written note explained:

In order to celebrate the month of May, we of Nividum Town would like to give you, the trainers of Bombur, a token of spring - a unique, shiny Tiqual.

Disappointed - the Postork must belong to someone - Micheal turned back towards Huck's cabin, took the baby bird pokemon, and half-heartily caught it in one of his spare pokeballs. He was just stepping over the cabin's threshold when something came to him - the Postork had had two more packages, hadn't it? What if - ?

"Huck!" Micheal said, once more in a stern, commanding tone. "Was the thief - Romulus - with anyone when he left?"

Micheal wasn't listening past Huck's mentioning a second trainer - his theory now made total sense, as the Postork may - just may - have been heading towards the thief.

"Huck, this is important," Micheal said pleadingly, yet another apparant mood change that offset the man. "Do you have anything to help me make it through these woods? Through the vegetation? Please," he added, "If you do, I need it now."

Micheal looked at the man in desperation.

"Fine, what do I need to do?" he asked pleadingly, already imagining how far ahead Romulus was getting to him - he had to catch up, and he wouldn't forget his quest for vengeance - that man, that thief had taken so much more than money, money which Micheal had desperately needed, more than his dignity, which had been so scarred; yet he would not think of that, not now.

Instead, he attempted to look untroubled as he looked questioningly into the woodcutter's eyes.

Micheal, however, being one of the many to think karma was bunk, had more than half a mind to ditch the woodcutter straight away. . . . But something told him the adult had been expecting this, and if there was one thing Micheal hated, it was condescending adults who thought they knew every kid they came across, and ended up right in the end. So he nodded grimly and quickly left the cabin, already looking for a flash of yellow . . .

Stalking beneath a cloak of leaves, Micheal stealthily snuck up to the Pikachu, but he made no movement to attack the pokemon. He had, after a small scuttle, already knocked one Pikachu out for it's single Shuca Berry, but he had soon realized it would make more sense to follow one to the Berry source; so here he was, following the skinniest Pikachu he could find - it could be as little as minutes before the Pikachu came across one such Berry tree as Micheal - and the hungy pokemon - needed.

And, sure enough, the yellow rodent sniffed the air, and, apparently satisfied, started moving towards something Micheal's human nose could not pick up - yet he was already sure he knew where it would lead.

((OOC: Darn you, Decku, you know us lazy, wanting-to-move-faster-please RPG'ers, don'tcha? I was totally going to make him ditch, but now I don't want to look shallow. :P))
