Draco began to fight as well, but then a voice in his head began to speak. Draco! You need to hurry to the Askorun Wastes! You don't have much time! Draco tried to think about where it was coming from, but things began to grow fuzzy, and he collapsed onto the ground. "Draco!?" Bifrost cried. "Guys! We need to get rid of these thing ASAP!" Bifrost yelled.

==MEANWHILE==

"How are you, Lady?" asked Doctor Petra. "I'm fine, I'm fine." Lady 9 replied. "Planting that message in Draco's head wasn't that difficult. I just need rest." Doctor Petra nodded, and left the room. "Viluy!" he called, and a Sneasel ran up to him. "Yes, Doctor?" she asked. "We need you to get to the Askorun Wastes before the renegade, and this time we need a win." he said. "Yes, Doctor. You know you can count on me!" she said, smiling. In the corner of her eye, she could see the Divdreavus Kaori and she smirked inwardly. 'That's right. I'm the favorite one now!' she thought giddily.

"Gah!" Kaori cried out. "That little upstart is going to far. Kissing up to the Doctor... to Lady 9, by extent! Grrrr..." she growled, but then she thought about it. "You know, I'm sure that the renegade's little friends must have some killer heart energy, and I know just where to start..." she said, smiling devilishly, then disappearing.

Kevin was in shock at the collapse. "Ok. New tactic. On the count of 3, we all attack at once at all of them. That way we can get out of here and find Beau Fields quicker." commanded Kevin. "1....2.....THREEEE!!!!!!!" Kevin let out a dark pulse that hit all 3 pokemon.

Typhoon launched a killer Razor Wiond on the three, and Fern was still on his Comet Punch frenzy.

*meanwhile*

Mimete was hit by another Shadow Ball, this time finishing it. "You were never a good capturer..." Phobain Baton Passed to the island and hid behind a tree, waiting for a chance to capture Kevin, preferrably during the fight. He would dash up to Kevin and grab him, then Baton Pass.

Award for Extreme Patience
Always hotter than the competition. I got the award for Braving the Marquee of Doom!

Bifrost stood in front of Draco, teeth bared and growling at them all. "You. won't. TOUCH. him." he said slowly. "FREEZERBURN!" he cried, launching the attack at the nearest two Shadow Pokemon who had though to target the unconscious Draco.

After the barage of attacks, the 3 pokemon finally collapse. One of them, the walrein, stands back up awakened from its shadow form. "I am very greatfull that you helped us recover from our viscious state. If there is anything I can do, please ask." said the leader walrein.

"Can you take us the Beau Plains?" asked Kevin, "We are trying to find a grass warrior a gyarados told us about. He also is asking us to help him fight a monster under the ocean."

"I see ol' Serpentine told you about Shroom," said the walrein, "he likes to train in beau plains sometimes. Follow me."

"Everyone seems to be spread out, and Kevin is on the edge of the group. Perfect." Phobain smirked. "Here I go... one... two... three." Phobain dashed out of his hiding place full speed towards Kevin and grabbed him.

((Can Soble post next, and no, Phobain won't be defeated. His Baton Pass would get him out of there if in trouble.))

"Oh great. Not again." Kevin thought to himself. Kevin grabbed Phobain and slamed him onto the ground before he could influence Kevin with shadows again. "What do you want now?" asked Kevin in annoyance.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk." Came another voice. "Phobain, you disappoint!" Out of a nearby tree came a Sneasel. She laughed, then sprinted up to where Phobain was attempting to grab Kevin again and kicked him squarely in the chest. He flew back a ways, coughing as he stood up. "How-?" he began. "How did I get here so fast? You should know that my species was blessed with supernatural speed." she looked at the group. "Take this." she said, handing Kevin a Spell Tag. "Now be a good boy and say 'Thank You.' Ta ta!" she said, and then disappeared in a flurry of movement.

Kevin looked at the Spell Tag for a few seconds. "Why would she give me something so useful?" thought Kevin to himself, "Is this BoBB really all that bad." He faced the group. "Lets keep on going," said Kevin, "I don't think that sneasel is of any threat. Walrein, please continue." Walrein nodded.

Walrein took them quite far until they reached a flowery field. They have reached Beau Plains.

While the group pretended Phobain was dead, he followed the group in another attempt. This time, I'll do it faster. Phobain snuck up behind Kevin, then grabbed him again. He quickly Baton Passed.

((While Phobain did Baton Pass, he failed to reach his destination for unknown reasons, in fact he wound up in Askorun Wastes. Kevin would fight him there. This battle will be an actual battle (not a hit and run) and Phobain will be defeated. The group will then meet him there. Does that sound good?))

"Hmmm..." said a voice from behind the group. "Looks like your friend is gone." the Snaesel from earlier remarked. "Yeah. What do we do now?" asked Draco. "Well, some people go this way," the Sneasel said, walking in place. "...And some people go this way." she said, making flapping motions with her arms. "Me? I prefer the shortcut." she said, and opened a portal of darkness. "You have to go rescue your friend right? I mean the bad guys have him now." she said. Then she ran off, faster than anyone in the group could.

Pokémon Factory Worker

((OOC: I think you are taking too many liberties with Baton Pass. In the game it is used to switch places with Pokemon, not to teleport vast distances. To make it acceptable in this RPG setting I will go for it physically switches places with other pokemon in the nearby vicinity. What exactly with the Sneasel? How did it open a portal? And I am also guessing you're taking a page out of Alice in Wonderland which is nice, but from what I've seen Sneasel can't do such a thing.))

((Silly Squirrelay! The powers of Exodus are much more vast and terrifying than simply turning Pokemon heartless. He has granted these acolytes a means to do his bidding with greater speed than normal Pokemon could dream for. How did you think Sneasel got their in the first place? She certainly didn't run there! Also, yes, it was a reference to the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland. Thanks for noticing! Also, it's not like this is new to the story. Go back aways and you'll see them appearing and disappearing out of and into these things.))

Kevin was surprised at his teleportation to an abandoned wasteland. then he saw phobain. "How did you do that?" asked Kevin.

"Do you know how shadows work?" asked the phobain, "I doubt you do. Let me explain. Shadow energy is a mysterious power. The many possibilities that it can be used for is endless. But only few discover how they work. I am a double spy, working for BOTH BoBB and a group who wishes to seek you just for power. Shall I go on?"

Kevin Nodded.

Phobain continued. "I accuired shadow powers. That is how I was able to make you turn shadow, and it is also how I teleported you here. I can create shadow portals with my power. I brought you here to see if you are worthy of fighting my master, Lady 9. If you indeed defeat me, you may proceed. If you loose... let's just say you'll regret standing in my way." Then he let out a horrific cackle.

"I've heard enough," said Viluy, the Sneasel who had been assisting the group. "I think this little guy's friends will wanna see to it you bite the dust." She laughed maniacally, then ran off, leaving Phobain to deal with the group. Then she came back. "I'd almost forgotten to give you all something!" she exclaimed, handing Lumina a Prism item. "Use this to beat that traitor into the Torn World if you would." Viluy smiled again and was off.

Draco looked at the direction she ran off, then noticed they had a new party member. "Oh, you came with us?" he asked the Breloom they had met.
