What about Suicune? It should be water | wind.

The list of Nintendo pokémon we've changed is the following: Hoppip line: Grass | Wind Ampharos: Light | Electric Lanturn: Water | Light Rayquaza: Dragon | Wind Volbeat and Illumise: Bug | Light Shinx line: Electric | Light Sunflora: Grass | Light Drifloon line: Ghost | Wind Chimecho: Psychic | Wind Mismagius: Ghost | Magic

"I have a suggestion for the Chinchou line. Browsing through their dexes, I found out that Chinchou's focus on the electricity its antennae produce, while Lanturn's on the light. So instead of making them both Water/Light, I would keep Chinchou Water/Electric, and then make it change upon evolution. I was actually going to suggest that we kept both Electric with access to Light-type moves, but I found this to be a better alternative. The idea is that I want the Electric-type moves to make sense in the modified evolution line. I'll explain my reasoning: Chinchou haven't got full control on the light they produce yet, especially for offensive purposes, so they rely more on the electricity. When they evolve, the light becomes their main weapon and electricity is displaced as a useful backup."

"Happiny, Chansey and Blissey will not change types; neither will the Togepi line. The Light-type is reserved for pokémon with an illuminating or shining nature (or a close relationship to the sun) and is not meant to represent kindness."
"we agreed not to change Ho-oh to Light/Flying; legendaries along with their elements are too well known to make such a drastic change. Changing Rayquaza's Flying-type is acceptable since it is known mostly for its Dragon-type, and Flying and Wind aren't that far apart anyway"

In my opinion, they should've both been either pure Dragon-types, or Dragon/Psychic. However, the above quote stands: legendaries are too well-known to change their types. So, that applies to Celebi too - though, I personally do associate time with psychic abilities. But maybe that's exactly because of Celebi XD Anyways, we won't change any others. We've had a thorough discussion about this all in the Staff Room, and we'll put the changed pokémon up on the site soon, making our decision final.
