Some aren't Staff anymore, so they don't get a spot on the Meet the Staff page... I think.

I know that. I meant like below the pages of the actual pokemon, like niklus, or the pf-style castform.

Schmire isn't officially staff anymore, but he still goes on occasionally and has access to the staff forums.

I tame the burninators.

Here's how the Slakoth line really goes through evolution:

Slakoth drinks a Red Bull, causing it to get hyper and evolve into Vigoroth.
The caffeine rush ends, causing Vigoroth to evolve into Slaking.

Why not now? With the switch coming soon, it might be a good time to do that as well as page 10. I am curious about them. If they look cool, may I use them as guardians to fight in my rpg? I doubt its possible, but worth a shot.

Because it's not a priority right now. Finishing the approved pokémon in the quality we aim for takes up enough time as it is.

I thought Staff were legendaries and legendaries weren't allowed.

I still think they shouldn't be legendary but have legendary powers, however still unexceptable in the RPGs.

I can answer that. Technically, no. However, PF has a fair share of pokémon with wily abilities, thanks to the Magic-types and of course the ever popular Psychics. Thus, I don't think it would be difficult to find one that suits your needs. If even that is not enough, you could always make them powerful by being of a high level. Don't forget to ask permission for that, though.

Yes, we do, but only when one of PF's new types, Wind, Light or Magic, makes sense for them. We do not change an official type for another official type. The list of Nintendo pokémon we've changed is the following:

Hoppip line: Grass | Wind
Ampharos: Light | Electric
Lanturn: Water | Light
Rayquaza: Dragon | Wind
Volbeat and Illumise: Bug | Light
Shinx line: Electric | Light
Sunflora: Grass | Light
Drifloon line: Ghost | Wind
