I think he's just talking about something that would be a good addition to games... Which is why, like Gelatop, I will ask if I can use that... with some arrangements(just for mine though):
Spring:
Months: March, April, May
Effect: May cause rain in random routes.
Sign: On map, routes will have a blue shade.
Summer:
Months: June, July, August
Effect: May cause sunlight in random routes, changes time of when it's dark & when night officially starts to one hour later & when it's offically day to an hour earlier(all the time).
Sign: on map, routes will have a red shade
Fall:
Months: September, October, November
Effect: May cause high wind* in random routes.
Sign: Routes will have a light orange shade
Winter:
Months: December, January, February
Effect: May cause snow on random routes, changes time of when it's dark & when night officially starts to one hour earlier & when it's offically day to an hour later(all the time).
Sign: Routes will be a white shade.

*Incrases speed of Flying types, Wind types, Levitating Pokemon, the moves Fly, Wing Attack, Gust, & Hurricane, but lowers attack of those Pokemon/moves.

Yea, well, maybe the Elite Four and Champion would be Staff, since they have extreme powers.

MisterSmeargle: Probably Normal(Smeargle is a Normal type)
lurobertox: Fighting
JDLJDL: Grass or Fighting
ShinE: Dragon & Psychic
Bonzai: Fire & Flying
Poryhedron: Normal and Electric(Electric=cybertechnology)
Antarctros: Ice & Flying
Miravistel: Magic and Wind(too many Flying people)
I have no clue on the others, I don't know what types they like or may be like. Also, only Staff(Elite Four & Champion) get 2 types, but I already have 5 of them so we don't need to worry.
