I made a picture of all the legends. Check it out.

As you can see, I also put in rotom, because I believe he is a legend as well. Let me explain why.
1. The battle music is legendary.
2. There is only one of them in the entire game.
3. The way it aquires its formes is like deoxys, and only accessible by a nintendo event key item.

*buzzar goes off* Wrong. You don't need a nintendo key item to change Deoxys's forms in D/P, just go to the four meteorites in Veilstone.

But you DO need a nintendo key item to use for shaymin and her forme. I didn't say that deoxys needed a key item.

Since taken the poll my fave legendary has changed. My faves now r the weather trio. N Flarsable, Rotom isn't a legendary he is just a rare Pokemon like Chansey or a shiny Pokemon.

Yeah, Rotom doesn't have the stats of a legendary, that's for sure. I just think it's a one-off Pokemon you can't catch in the wild normally. Like Riolu or Eevee.
