I got this game off of a different forum that I've signed on to. (Yes, I know, I'll go get the letter) Somebody posts a/some image(s) and others post the same picture, followed by a caption. (The quote button is the easiest way) Not all of the screenshots have to be captioned, and anybody can throw in new pictures at any given time. They can be from any given site. (if you want my opinion, Filb.de is a gold mine. However, the images are somewhat low resolution.) You can even throw in your own caption from your own image or caption a screnshot from earlier in the archives.
Here's one, to get things started:

Porygon: Please, move your hand away from there! I'm ticklish, you know!

How do you get pictures? I found one that I want to put and know what the Pokmeon is going to say.

Ummmm, I think you should put a different screenshot on there before you corrupt the young minds of some of the people that go on here.

I tame the burninators.

Here's how the Slakoth line really goes through evolution:

Slakoth drinks a Red Bull, causing it to get hyper and evolve into Vigoroth.
The caffeine rush ends, causing Vigoroth to evolve into Slaking.

What do you have against using banned episodes? So we found some screenshots we thought were funny and they turned out not to be shown in the US? I'd see a problem with using the Lost Episodes if this were, say, a Ren And Stimpy fan club, but the worst I can find as of this writing is somewhere between that episode featuring guns and the James Boobs episode.
EDIT: I think you can copy and paste the image directly into the message here, I just take the IMG approach because it works here and it worked there.

Filb. de isn't a program. It's a German website devoted to Pokemon. Go there, they've got all sorts of screenshots. It's where I get all my pictures. (Like I said, this isn't the first forum to have one of these)
