Dragonite. There's one in my FireRed party:
Dragonite(nickname: umm, I don't remember, it's been a long time since I lost my FireRed...)

Probably Dragon Claw

That's basically my Dragonite except mine knows Hyper Beam instead of Fly and it's on 65

I like Tauus too, but I can never find one in the Safari Zone on FR or LG. Do they reside in a certain area??

Good question. I was lucky to catch one myself on my FireRed, and I haven't on my LeafGreen.
