why is it, that potions, are sprays, and not liquids?

Because it is easier to aim the spray to the body part where it hurts and it´s less likely to drip. I also think the pressure may help for the wounds to recover more quickly.
If you´re asking why is it called a "potion" I think it´s just a name used for convenience.
What does a revive has that can, well... revive (or energize) a pokémon?

Lots of vitamins and milk. Milk makes your bones stronger! I just made it up, I'm not sure there's actually milk in there. But the vitamins most probably.

If Aerodactyl was Rock/Flying due to being a foosil, does that mean it was once pure flying?

No it was either still Rock/Flying or it changed from a Normal/Flying to one.
If when people faint they don't have to go to a hospital to wake up they do it themselves then why do Pokemon have to be cured at a Pokemon Center when they could wake up themselves like humans?

well, the pokemon went through tons of physical stress or sickness, while us humans (in the game) just fainted from shock

Besides it´s just a condition´s name; if it was really fainted, it couldn´t be able to use HMs.
Regarding my last question, do pokémon EAT the revives? This because they´re not food but crystals, unless they´re made of candy.

Probaly, though I can'treally say. For all I know, they might be ground up into powder and snorted.

I tame the burninators.

Here's how the Slakoth line really goes through evolution:

Slakoth drinks a Red Bull, causing it to get hyper and evolve into Vigoroth.
The caffeine rush ends, causing Vigoroth to evolve into Slaking.

How could a wurmple be so rare no one discovered it yet, then suddenly become so common?

Question 2: In the games, no. But do they eat Pokemon without knowing it in the anime? Hmm...
